Puppy Application
First thing first! Complete the puppy application. This will help us get to know you better to help you choose the right puppy for your family.

Adoption Contract
Secondly, once approved, you will complete the written health agreement/sales contract for your By Design puppy purchase. This agreement will be personalized and emailed to you upon your adoption approval.
03.
Deposit
Finally, you are ready to place a retainer deposit to reserve the puppy have chosen. An invoice for payment will be sent along with your adoption agreement upon approval.
Please keep in mind, puppies are available until a deposit is placed. Your reservation is NOT complete until the deposit is received.
